Eastbound (~10 extra minutes end to end):
-Whitney through Midvale still slower
-Park St through Monona heavier breaklights
Westbound (>5 Minutes end to end):
-John Nolen through Midvale pretty slow moving
Downtown:
-Very heavy volume
-Nothing major adding to the commute
