The Old Middleton Rd ramp to University Ave will be CLOSED today between 10:30am – 3:00pm for emergency pavement repair.  Whitney Way is the recommended alternative.  

From City of Madison: The Capital City Trail will be detoured between Dennett Drive and Dempsey Road for storm sewer construction associated with the Royster Clark development.   The closure will start Thursday, October 9th and last a maximum of 3 weeks.   A signed detour will be in place.

The crash occurred just prior to 3am.  All lanes were closed for hours,  then one lane opened for a few hours. As of 7:19am,  ALL lanes are again blocked. DETOUR:  NB Hwy 151 traffic should exit and go north on Hwy D (Business 151),  continue east back to Hwy 151.  

It will be closed today, tomorrow, and Monday. A more comprehensive Johnson St construction update will magically appear here sometime this weekend.

FROM GRANT CO SHERIFF’S OFFICE: Due to a semi off the road, Hwy 35/61 between Aupperle Rd & W Airport Rd will be closed starting at 9am this morning.
