EB BELTLINE DOING NEW THINGS: Left lane at John Nolen Dr now separated from other lanes.

Right and center lane together,  left lane behind a concrete barrier.   This did NOT cause any real delays this morning,  but I worry about this afternoon’s commute being more gridlocked than usual,  which is  not good.
