North St from Commercial Ave to E. Wash: Contractor is installing utilities. North St is CLOSED to through traffic.
Johnson St/North St Intersection: Two way traffic will be maintained on Johnson except during non-peak hours when traffic may be reduced to one lane with flaggers.
Work is scheduled to be completed on North St and on Commercial Ave on October 17.
