Traffic will remain reduced to one lane through the entire project.
E. Gorham Street now has two lanes open to traffic.

Franklin St north of E. Johnson St.
Livingston St north of E. Johnson St.
They are planning on wrapping up construction sometime in November and then continuing next spring.
