Safety improvements at entrance of Wisconsin Heights High School and on US 14 between Black Earth and Mazomanie in Dane County are scheduled to begin July 10.
The project will consolidate the two entrances to the school and add turn lanes on US 14.
Two temporary lanes of traffic will be maintained during construction with occasional flagging operations.
Access to the school will be maintained from Olson Road.
Motorists are urged to reduce speeds and anticipate traffic slowdowns near the work zone.
