NOOOO: Railroad arms at Stoughton Rd/Cottage Grove Rd stuck in down position.

Police on the way to check it out.

At 5:18pm, police confirm the arms are down and Dane County Dispatch is trying to get ahold of the railroad. No idea when this might be fixed.
