Thousands of visitors will be in Madison (more specifically, Verona) for the annual Epic Systems Users Group Meeting. 

Significant backups and delays are anticipated on the Beltline, Verona Road (US 18/151), and other area roadways, especially during the morning rush hours on Monday through Thursday.

Travel tips for next week:

  • Plan ahead. If you travel on the Beltline and Verona Road, be prepared for longer travel times, especially during the morning rush hours.
  • Allow additional travel time to reach your destination safely.
  • Use the signed alternate route for the Verona Road project.
    • County M (exit 79 on US 18/151) and US 14 (Park Street exit on the Beltline).
  • Again, plan ahead and allow additional travel time!
