UW CAMPUS: 1200 block of W. Johnson; lots of fire trucks en route to Psych building due to electrical smell.

This is causing very long delays on W. Johnson;  down to 1 lane at Charter due to emergency vehicles.

At 4:40pm, some of the fire trucks are leaving the area;  a few staying on scene.
