UPDATE: Wheeler Rd open and tree cleared away.
– E. Johnson St has at least 1 foot of water on it near 3rd St, and is impassible at Pennsylvania St due to flooding.
– 10000 block of Spring Valley Dr in the Town of Perry; tree down blocking the road. 7:20am.
